On a Personal Note

I knew from a young age that God had called me to help hurting people heal. With this mission in mind, I chose the nursing program at the University of Arkansas with the goal of becoming a nurse practitioner. During my first 15 years as a nurse practitioner, I loved being able to solve and treat an illness in my patients, to be able to see pain resolved and serious complications prevented. But my greatest frustration was when I tried all I that I had been taught in my conventional medicine program, and I still could not seem to help some patients. I wanted to do more. So when I discovered functional medicine and its well-researched ability to get to the root of health problems and improve chronic issues, I was elated. My passion to be able to help people find the origin of their problems, and empower them to improve their own health was able to be realized. Now I am able to provide medical hope to others who have lost their own hopes.

My future goals are to bring more like-minded providers on board with me, and to partner with like-minded specialists in every aspect, in order to provide truly comprehensive wellness and restorative health to others.
