Here at the clinic, we offer four routes for obtaining and paying for care:

  • The Holistic Wellness Plus Membership
  • Specialized Service Packages
  • Fee-for-Service pricing (individual services are cash only)

Living Well Memberships

Living Well Basic

  • Insurance billed for yearly wellness checkups and acute issues
  • Copay required
  • Same or next day visits when needed
  • Evening and weekend access to provider for needs and questions
  • Allows for longer visits
  • Functional medicine, functional visits, and functional labs are all self-pay (see cost page for details)

Holistic Wellness Plus

  • In-depth, 2 hour initial visit.
  • 6 nurse coaching calls per year
  • 5 follow-up visits with provider per year
  • 1 initial lab follow up visit with provider
  • Monthly body composition assessment is available
  • All plans have medication and supplement management
  • 15% supplement discount
  • Extensive lab evaluations for the following to optimize all aspects of your health (repeat testing not included):
    • nutrient levels
    • Cardiovascular risk
    • Gut health
    • Food sensitivity
    • Advanced cholesterol
    • Hormone function

Living Well Packages

Types of Packages

Our packages fall into one of three categories depending on your specific needs: BHRT, Functional Weight Loss, and Functional Health "Overhaul". Determining whether a patient needs these packages will be done at the initial consultation.

Time Frame Breakdown

We have three different time frames offered for our packages: 6 months, 12 months, and the Maintenance Functional Health Yearly Package. The Yearly package is only available to those who have been at Living Well for a year or more.

  • Monthly coaching calls or phone visits with nurse
